Overview

This intensive 1-day hands-on workshop focuses on operationalising Clauses 5 (Leadership & Commitment) and 7 (Support - Competence & Awareness) of EN 18286 - the human governance pillar of your QMS. These clauses require a documented accountability framework, clear roles and responsibilities, and targeted AI-specific training programmes to ensure top management commitment and organisational competence.

You will leave with a complete accountability structure, RACI matrix, role descriptions, competence matrix, and a tailored AI training programme ready for notified-body scrutiny under Article 17.

  • Design and document a full accountability framework compliant with EN 18286 Clause 5
